Hotel Director: Mirsad Bucuk - Croatia

Food and Bev Director: Messiah Ritzinger – Germany

Cruise Director: Pedro Serra - Portugal

Captain Lars is from Sweden. The only way I can remember that is one of his many memorable quotes:

 

It takes a Swede to drive a Norwegian boat. (much better with his accent)

Captain Lars Bengtsson is from Sweden. He went from the Pearl to The Spirit and is now going to The Jade in late December. He has three sons who are all employed by Norwegian. He is a very very funny man.

We loved Captain Lars!! So funny. Had him on the Pearl in 2011.

Captain Lars was on the Jewell Sept. 27-Oct 13 2013, Pananma Canal Cruise LA-New Orleans. The Cruise Director was Jamie but a coulple days before departing announced she was taking a leave, Assistant Cruise Director Sin took her place the last couple days, have no idea if this a permanent appointment.
