It's official!!!

Recommended Posts

I really do not understand the need to start a thread just to announce that you booked a cruise.

What is the point?

Some 20-30,000 people booked a cruise this week. Can you imagine if even 10% of them posted threads.

I opened this to see what was official. At least include what the topic is so others do not have to open it.

(P.S. - I am still happy for you)

The point is, they have booked a cruise and are happy and excited. They want to talk about it to other people, preferably other cruiser's, who will understand their excitement, and be happy for them.

OP. watch your countdown clock tick off the days, and get as excited as you want. You deserve it.:D

Wow!! A little rude don't you think?

It was not not being rude at all, people just take it that way because we now live in a "easily offended society"..

If you are excited and want to talk about it, you should go to the m&m section and meet the people who are on that voyage.

That is probably the place you will have the best responses, because you will have much in common.

Have a great trip, its one of my favorite ships..........

Wow, fantastic photos! Thank you for sharing.

Questions: How would you describe the weather? Dry or humid?

And, would you recommend flying in just one day prior to sailing or two?

Thanks!

We left from Barcelona and flew in three days before the cruise. However, there was a lot we wanted to see in Barcelona and surrounding areas. I would recommend at least one full day in advance. If you have been to Barcelona before, then the day before should be fine. We were there the first week in July. Weather was hot, especially in Italy. Don't remember if it was dry or humid, I just remember hot.

Well we are always excited when we book our cruises. We have been on 11 of them with Royal Caribbean. You go and tell anyone that will listen. After all it is a cruise!!!! Don't let anyone rain on your parade. Go and have a wonderful time. Congrats!!!!!
