We did this cruise on Aurora in 2004.If my health allowed me to fly , I would be booking in a shot. The bargain we thought we got then , pales into insignificance at the prices being offered today.

If you like Oriana Pete , you will love Aurora.:)

• Classic Non-Alcoholic Beverage Package includes all soda selections, fresh and bottled juices, premium coffees, teas, non-premium bottled water, and server gratuities (amount based on gratuity guidelines).

 

• Terms of Celebrity’s Alcohol Policy apply, including a minimum drinking age, which varies by itinerary.

 

• Each guest must provide date of birth at the time of booking.

 

• Prepaid Gratuities option provides for prepaid stateroom, waiter, assistant waiter, and headwaiter gratuities in the amount suggested by Celebrity’s guidelines. Gratuities will be applied to reservation within 10 days of booking date.

 

• Unlimited Internet is valued at US$199pp for sailings of 9 nights or less and US$299 per person for sailings 10 nights or longer. Guests with Internet Packages will receive instructions for Internet access in their staterooms on the first day of the cruise.

 

• Onboard Credit option: Guests’ stateroom folios will be credited with an OBC. OBC has no cash value, is applicable to cruise only, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and will expire if not used by 10:00 PM on the final night of the cruise.

 

• Captain’s Club Reduced Deposit Offer: Classic members and higher are eligible for a 50% reduced deposit on Qualifying Bookings made more than 70 days from departure date. Reduced deposit must be paid by deposit payment required due date. Celebrity’s cancellation policy applies, including but not limited to full cancellation penalty amounts. Valid membership number must be provided at time of booking; new members may book on board without a membership number but must provide the membership number 90 days prior to sail date.

 

• Go Big, Go Better, and Go Best booking options are applicable to new individual bookings and to staterooms in non-contracted group bookings, which must be named and deposited during the Offer Period.

 

• All offers are non-transferable and applicable only to the Qualifying Booking on the Offer Cruise.

I was looking at cruises in early 2016 and found the Carnival legend $55 a day - quad oceanview.:)

The go better and go best really need to be added up for the length of of your cruise and the current exchange rate. It will suit some trips but not others. At least the first perk is still free. Enjoy that one. :)

Trying to do some research. Try to see the go big. Can't get the first perk to be a Bev package rather than OBC? Have read the tiny teeny terms and conditions and can't find the codes that are normally listed? Is it just a bit too soon? Still Saturday in Celebrity land? Maybe tomorrow will show something different.....

If you go through an agent, or their res centre, they can select the right code from their end. Otherwise they'll fix their site... some time.

It had a phone number and also said to check the P&O website for details.

 

Probably doesn't work for us but I checked the website out of interest and couldn't find any info.

Thanks for that info. That is what was happening. It was selecting the obc. Usually you can enter a code to get the offer you are after. I will look again later in the week. :)

Thay was mentioned earlier in this thread. Great deal. Some CC members have already grabbed it. I was reading that one NZ agent has booked over 100 Kiwis for the SF to Auckland sector alone . I believe there are great deals from Sydney and Brisbane up to Asia as well.

If you google on line travel agents you should find the deals.Sometimes these prices are not put on the web page.

You could also try the 0800 number (or whatever the free line is in Oz) for P&O in Australia. ....

You may have :) have seen pricing - inside from AU$1608 pp, outside from $1940 pp for SF - Syd not sure about obc, I have a hold on another sector and have £100 each obc was only expecting £50 maybe extra as we are past pax ....who knows....cheers Shiona
