What if this is your first RC cruise, and you have no idea who your concierge contact is??? I keep waiting for our mailing with the contact info, but nothing yet. We sail in 19 days! [emoji33] I hope that there are still cabanas remaining on BB!

The Suite Concierge that we had on our sailing, Raj and Jeremias were exceptional, very attentive and provided great service. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 20.

We were on the same sailing with you, and while we didn't interact with Jeremias, I have to agree that Raj was fantastic. Truly outstanding -- warm, professional, and really on the ball. I would be very happy to cruise with him again in the future.

Hi Lisa

Yes indeed that was a great cruise. I was looking forward to meeting you at the Meet N Mingle but not too many people showed up when we were there.

We had met Jeremias the year before while on Allure and he was great then and remembered us the minute we appeared outside the suite lounge door on Harmony. Before I could pull my card out he open the door and said my name and welcome. Raj as you said was fantastic with so much energy, and he also knew who I was before I even opened my mouth. Raj escorted us off the ship to disembark bypassing all the long lines. I could not thank them both good enough and look forward to sailing with them again.

Edit. Also once we started email communication, Raj was more than responsive and extremely caring and helpful. I was getting emails from him late into the night. One more thing, he handled all our shore escursions and made sure our onboard account was properly charged. Exceptionally GREAT SERVICE!

I'm sorry we missed the meet up -- my 8 year old kept us pretty busy!

I think Raj studied boarding pictures before the voyage. He greeted my mom by name, as if she were his long lost grandmother. I couldn't figure out how he knew...it must be the pictures that we uploaded into accounts when we got our Set Sail passes, right?

We might have been escorted off with you. Were you in the 9:00 group, by chance? Maybe we shall meet on our next cruise!

You could be right about the uploaded pics. Still it was very good. I think we were right behind you getting off the ship as he was on his way back onto the ship when he saw us and pulled us aside.

Which Cabana did you guys end up getting? With the way prices are (sky high) for Grand Suites and above we may never see another GS and make it to Barefoot Beach. Lol!

We were in an OTW cabana on Nellie's Beach, #7. It was perfect for us...close to the waterslide for my son, very quiet, perfect stairs down into the water (which worked for my son as well as Grandma). It was a great day.

Great pick. OTW #7 at Nelie's Beach is situated very nicely. We were at Barefoot Beach W6 (OTW) Cabana. It's always a great day relaxing at Labadee.

As of this past December below are the prices when we cruised on Harmony.

Standard Beach Cabana $295

Hilltop Cabana $395

Over the Water Cabana $495

This is our third time using the Cabanas and we really enjoyed it. Since you can have up to six people in a cabana, sharing the cost helps.

We are in a Suite on the Harmony in March. We were told that the Cabanas on barefoot beach are not offered until we get on board through the suite concierge. Is the price of the Cabana's the same on Barefoot beach?

While suites get first choice on cabanas on barefoot beach, they will let anyone reserve one after the suites ask for theirs. We have never been in a suite, and the only time we could not get one is if there are 2 ships in port.

We just go see the Concierge and ask.

Is the price the same? We only had Cabanas on Labadee when we were in a suite. Other cruises were at the other beach- forgot the name- and we were in a suite.

It is possible to email the Concierge ahead of time and request a cabana on BB Beach. The prices seem to fluctuate, so I would ask for the current price.

How do I get contact information for the Hatmony concierge? Txs

Yes the price is the same and as stated in my previous post. It is also correct that Cabanas at Barefoot Beach are only offered onboard by the Suite Conceirge, however as noted above you can email the Concierge ahead of time to reserve you one. It does make a difference sending an early email to get your preferred choice if you have one.

For the email to the Concierge see below. Send your email to both 01 and 02.

The e-mail had an _ underscore which wasn't clear from the e-mail above. I did contact them and they rsvp'd and told me to remind them a week before the cruise.

Thank you for your help!

I'm glad it worked and most importantly you are in their records. If you waited until you got on the ship there is no guarantee that any Cabanas would be left.

  • 2 weeks later...

Just checked Cruise Planner and the all day pass for the Dragon Tail Coaster says online resis not available. I assume that means sold out? And if so do you think it will open up once on the ship? And last question - if I buy the one ride pass can I upgrade it to the all day if it is available?? TIA

I would definitely check with shore excursions first thing when you board. It might just be the online reservations quota is filled, and you can book or upgrade your booking once onboard. :)

Though I didn't receive a response, I emailed the concierge with the addresses provided and was able to reserve a cabana.

I know it worked, because when I received our sailing's official concierge welcome letter and requested a specific cabana, our concierge informed me that it had already been reserved...for me [emoji23]

He had me going for a second there! I thought it had already been snatched up by another passenger!

Is Dexter the Concierge? If so, he just came back after vacation.
