What could a manifest issue be?

 

The passenger and crew manifest must be sent to CBP before sailing for them to check and make certain that there is no one on the ship for which there is a warrant for their arrest or some other reason why that person should not sail.

Maybe we will have another removal of passengers like the other day!:eek:

I assume you did not know what happened. Just before sailing, a parent with 2 children aboard was removed from the ship in handcuffs. Obviously, the kids would have to depart as well. There was no indication of another adult that was involved that would have allowed the kids to remain aboard.
