So how much of a sale are we talking about? $500 in GC's for how much? Thanks

All of their gift cards are 10% off, so $100 cards cost $90 and $500 cost $450 - doesn't sound like much until you consider that you can save $200 on $2,000 in gift cards. They do sell out quickly though.

Read the redemption instructions carefully on the RCCL and Celebrity gift cards. It looks like they are more of a pain to use. You can only use them on new bookings through RCCL/Celebrity and then have to mail the card in after booking.

The RCI cards are not really Gift Cards, they are gift CERTIFICATES.....big difference. With CCL, you get are real Gift Card in the mail and can go online and apply the value of the card with the numbers and PIN on the card....very different with RCI.

You have to mail the CERTIFICATE in to RCI's main office and wait for a while for them to 'apply' it. They are really more time consuming and a 'pain', not so sure that it is worth the 10% money saving effort???

You can use them on more than just the cruise too. And when you piggy back them to other offers your savings can really add up.

As of 12:30 pm today, $100. cards were available at AARP.

After choosing gift Cards, choose Travel. They only show up when they are available, or occasionally for a short time after selling out.

I truly appreciate finding out about these cards on Cruise Critic. Since I book far in advance budgeting one, or occasionally two a month, truly impacts the bottom line.
