Another bonus. We don't have to go to Muster Drill.

Excellent! That decision seems to vary ship to ship. On one of our repositionings we didn't have to do the second drill either, but on another one we did.

I think it depends on how many days it's been since your last drill.

Lucky you.

For years now we have had to attend both "guest emergency drill" on all our Collector Cruises. Ships included most recently were Nieuw Amsterdam (2 times), Noordam, Zuiderdam and most recently Eurodam.

We've had a wonderful first week with 2 couples, and have been joined this afternoon by 2 more. We've enjoyed our first bottles of champagne, and are readying for muster drill.

An unexpected surprise was to see 2 crew members who remembered us from our Baltic cruise 4 years ago, and our trans-Atlantic 2 years ago. What a shock when they see you in the corridor and address you by name! Love it!!

Smooth Sailing! [emoji3] [emoji3] [emoji3]

It is always a surprise when crew members remember us, and come and speak, one person who had been our room steward called out to me in a hallway and gave me a hug. It's good to catch up with their news.

Enjoy the rest of your cruise.

Doc is great :). I have him eating out of my hand (literally and figuratively) and lap sitting now too:).

Snow was more than they were calling for but not too serious. It warmed up a tad so I am just hoping it doesn't turn into cold snap - then it wifi be a mess.

Where will you two be for sail a way? Just catching up - was over at Doc's;)
