Ah! Always good to see (and hear) Maasdam. It was a nice break from my maritime studies to catch her on webcam. Thank you to those who make it possible.

I got to hear the toots, but the cams constantly freezing is annoying. It always seems more frequent right at sailaway.

Thanks Peter, Lou, and Dave. BTW, I may have found something interesting. Usually when watching sailaways from Bermuda the ship has disappeared behind the museum/fortress. That did not happen with the Symphony today and I wonder if there is a new channel into the port. I don't know if Lou and Dave ever follow the Veendam out of Bermuda but it bears watching.

 

Sadly, Prinsendam's May 19 departure will be soon after I leave Bermuda on the Veendam. I may try to watch her arrival on Bermuda wifi.
