• Is pre-purchased onboard credit refundable after the sailing?
  
• Can I use that pre-purchased OBC to reserve a shore excursion online in advance?

1. Absolutely! Mine was refunded by a check being mailed after the cruise.

 

2. Yes, you can reserve and pay for shore excursions with OBC. You can't, however, use it for speciallty dining reservations or other purchases made thru your Personalizer before your cruise.

Thank You to the person who posted the link. I applied $500 to a future sailing and just received my $100 AMX credit. Paid for our UBD with that $100!

We have one AmEx issued AmEx card where I used the offer several months ago. Based on this thread I was able to add the offer to our two non AmEx issued AmEx cards. We used both on May 30 and each received an email confirming our use of the offer. As of today, both accounts show the $500 dollar charge and the $100 credit.

Okay, we added the offer to our card... but were slack and did not realize that it was going to expire that quickly.

That offer is showing expired.

And, now, even though we didn't use the offer, I am afraid that we will not be able to access the offer again.

They probably don't care if you have used it... they are going to show that that offer has been uploaded to that card?????

 

ALSO: It looks like that back-door link we have been using is now closed...

I wouldn’t worry, if the offer shows up again, you’ll be able to add it to your card. I’ve done the same offer each time it comes available.

They will when there is a new offer. The last offer ended 31 May so we'll have to wait for the next offering. In the past it was been the latter part of the year.
