Yes, I get the codes via email. But much later in the day.

Decided to start early today and signed in got my 50 points...headed to the spin wheel and on first try I got 2000 points!  YAY!  

 

I think this weekend I will buy some gc just to have them in case there is any black Friday specials.  I doubt there will be, but I still need to buy my cheers for my January cruise and my November one!

So I purchased a gift card, and intended to use it towards by balance for a Fiji cruise, but I cant.  Customer service tried explaining that cruises from Australia are a separate company like Holland America or Princess.  

 

I find this interesting since I booked this cruise on carnival.com in US dollars, yet I cant book a princess or Holland America cruise on Carnival.com

 

Ill use my gift cards on another cruise but either way, I find this ridiculous.  Hopefully no one else is planning to use gift cards for one of the Luminosa cruises 🤬😡

Log in to your Rewards account, go to My Rewards then Email Preferences, and make sure the first 2 boxes are checked off (monthly updates & special promo offers). I don't know if this would cause someone not to get codes, but it can't hurt. People also get codes from the Allstate app. My emails always came later in the day and every time I came here to share, someone already posted them, so to be honest, I don't even bother checking it anymore. I just use this thread. There seems to be a lot fewer codes in recent months.

I haven't gotten any emails at least a year now. Don't know why, both options have been selected.

There's a lot of disconnect between Allstate Rewards and Allstate itself. Rewards has its own separate customer service. Oftentimes, if you contact Allstate's regular customers service, they know very little about Rewards. Add to that the Rewards website & service is managed by a third-party company. It's not easy to get help sometimes. I wanted to change the email address tied to my Rewards account and called them 3 times a few years ago. They kept telling me it was changed in the system, but the emails kept going to the original address, so I finally stopped trying.

eGift cards not available now? Anyone else seeing that?

 

Somehow my account got limited and was locked, (got restored) not sure why but their reasoning doesn't make sense as to why when I don't really use the account to buy anything which I haven't since Feb of this year and only do daily deals with gift cards if I can even get one/instant win.

 

Seems like their software flag my account my mistake.

I just logged in, I don’t see any e-gift cards.
