Who is Bob?

Recommended Posts

I can't talk my Sun Goddess wife into Alaska.

Oh but you should.

I have pictures of my sun lizard DH on the balcony in Skagway in his swimsuit

soaking up the sun.

Alaska is one of the states that should not be missed. Absolutely beautiful.:hearteyes:

Several people have indicated they have sailed with Bob, Is there photographic evidence? Is he is witness protection? Any stories of him breaking cameras when someone snaps a photo?

All he has to do is take off that green John Deere cap to fade into

the background. ;)

I hope you beat all that rain. I have 5 left to get to. Alaska, Wash, Oregon, Idaho, and North Dakota. I can't talk my Sun Goddess wife into Alaska.

As a native to the PNW, who has traveled many places, I can tell you that OR and WA are gorgeous, especially along the coast and in cities like Portland and Seattle. You can't beat it.

I have no photographic evidence and have never got to meet the man but I do know we were on the same cruise together on Monarch back in May 2010. Embarkation day was during one of the very last shuttle launches. There was a meet and mingle that I missed the first day in the Schooner Bar so I missed meeting a lot of people. It was only a 3 night cruise

Idaho and North Dakota are going to be tough unless you're on a weird road trip

AKA..."Where's Bob?"

Most likely trying to find a place to hide so that he can enjoy his vacation in peace inside having to answer a bunch of questions about who he is and what he is up to.

He is probably retired in Florida. ;) And is in the lounge next to you.

Joe Montana the person owns one of the units in the "Leaning Tower of San Francisco". You can Google it to get more information.

At any rate, there is a town in Montana that changed its name to Joe Montana ...

Ismay is a town in Custer County, Montana, United States. The population was 19 at the 2010 census. The town is the smallest incorporated municipality in the state of Montana.[4]

The town's name is an amalgamation of Isabella and May, the names of the daughters of Albert J Earling, division superintendent (later president) of the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railway.[5][6] Other communities with related names include Earling, Iowa; Marmarth, North Dakota; and Alberton, Montana. As a publicity stunt coordinated by the Kansas City Chiefs in 1993, the town unofficially took the name of Joe, Montana, after the NFL quarterback Joe Montana.

After visiting Maine and New Hampshire this weekend, Rhode Island, Oregon, and Alaska are the only 3 states I have not been to.

I may be banned from Rhode Island. In the 80s I had 3 RI customers, all well known companies that are no longer around, at least in RI. I also experienced my first (of2) hotel fires here.

The internet and 4K TV has convinced me of that. I wanted to do the Hood to Coast run back when I was capable. Someday.

Don't some Alaska cruise start in Seattle or the area? That would be one way to cross off two states.
