If you mean the Premium Beverage Package, you can get a glass of wine anytime you want it. (Also beer, cocktails, and lots more!)

There are no restrictions on when you get drinks or how many drinks with either the Classic or Premium package.

Do you need to pay the 18% gratuity when you order drinks with the premium package?  I have the premium package and pre-paid for gratuities.  How does it work when it comes to ordering drinks?

Prepaid gratuities are completely separate from the beverage packages... those will cover your cabin steward, dining waitstaffs, etc. 

The drink packages INCLUDE all gratuities, no additional charges whatsoever.

Most wine's are covered, but I think there are some wine's that are beyond the premium package.

Just gratuity on the price difference though, right? Like a $1 price difference above the drink package limit would cost $1.18 with gratuity, correct?

Also mini bar drinks are not included in the drink package

I have the premier drinks package on an upcoming cruise and understand that you can only order one drink at a time, and of course, no sharing

 

How does that work in the MDR though?  Can I order a glass of wine for dinner AND some Evian for the table?

 

DW will only have standard non-alcoholic package as she doesn't drink.  Do I have to promise she won't touch the Evian and will stick to the table water!?

You can order wine and Evian at dinner and the server will pour the Evian for your DW.
