I spotted my (now completed) mystery block that I tried to place on the ship a while ago in the center of this image.

 

This is it from a while ago...

It appears as if they have closed off the forward end of the white frame on both sides now.

 

 

I wasn't paying close attention to these pieces. I did not realise that the stuck out like that.

From what I know, there were some issues with the hydrodynamic efficiency of the bow that has meant that some changes had to be made according to the scale model testing. As a result, the construction of the bow blocks was pushed back a few weeks due to the redesign of the bow.

Yes, and I guess they are both in the same area, so both under the same dome. They have started assembling the dome on the ground behind the Icon and will then lift it into place when it's time for that.

That dome above the bridge looks huge. I wonder if this is the next big trend in cruise ship design. I looks like Princess has something very similar planned for their new ships as well:
