Volendam is a nice ship, we were on for a Panama Canal in 2000.  You will love Tracy Arm, just beautiful.  I see you are in Tucson!  Yay!

I have been on the other 3 R-class ships so it will be nice to have been on them all. Yes Tucson not far from Sabino Canyon.

In 2001 I was on the Ryndam in Juneau and I was watching the Volendam dock and  I thought she was a huge ship/  As I saw her next to the Disney ship I was thinking the VOLENDAM looks so small.

Warm day in juneau - easy to get a sunburn today. Upper 60s when sun is out but feels much much warmer. 

 

Im onboard and expect to see lots of sunburns tomorrow.

Volendam will be at the CT dock from 1300-2200.  Since there will not be a ship at the AS dock, we will have a clear view all day.

 

Also in port is Disney Wonder at the AJ dock from 0645-1645.

 

Weather should be a little nicer than Thursday's.  There is only a 30% chance of rain with partly cloudy skies in the afternoon.  High will be 58F/14C and the low 43F/6C.  Sunrise is at 4:15 am and sunset at 9:24 pm.
