Portolan Posted September 8, 2019 #2 Share Posted September 8, 2019 Usually it's 9ish. That's with a 7ish docking so if you arrive later it would likely shift accordingly.
RJ2002 Posted September 8, 2019 #3 Share Posted September 8, 2019 We just disembarked Navigator. Suites had to be vacated by 8am and everyone was to be off the ship by 9am.
Rare ronrick1943 Posted September 8, 2019 #4 Share Posted September 8, 2019 Yess they like everyone out by 8:00AM. Be careful as when they are late the exit area is really crowded. So why not sit in the Coffee Connection or the dining area with a cup of coffee until they call you. We usually get a afternoon flight out so no hurry and get off the ship as late as we can---that why no crowds, if you hired a car it's easy to find and you're on your way. tripperva Posted September 9, 2019 #5 Share Posted September 9, 2019 If you are going to Sydney, you might want to check your ticket. Explorer New Years cruise is Miami to Miami.

As others have said normal arrangements are: Luggage outside suite for collection by 11pm the night before disembarking Vacate suites by 8am (plenty of venues available for breakfast before leaving the ship) Latest time for disembarkation 9am

The last time we disembarked in Miami, no one was off the ship until after 9:00 a.m. We were amongst the first off of the ship so it likely took until 10:00 a.m. for everyone to disembark. GOARMY Posted September 11, 2019 #8 Share Posted September 11, 2019 All: Current experience at Southampton earlier today, which has been the standard over the past 10 years or so-- Caveat: it all depends upon where that debarkation site is; weather; and onshore labor conditions (strikes, slow-downs, and such). As noted in earlier comments, posted times for departure do not mean squat if there is a slowdown by port personnel. Miami, again, is a prime example. Last call for disembarking passengers has been 0900H. We are on a BTB aboard Explorer. Began the second segment today, Wednesday. So--Regent arranged a four-hour shore excursion to Winchester Cathedral for a small group of our BTBers. We happy throng of 11 were the final persons to go through a Customs clearance procedure which began at exactly 0905H. All other folks leaving Explorer had completed the process which began at 0730H with announcements by the Cruise Director. You just have to keep alert to updates from Staff, to include Destinations Services, and on board announcements. GOARMY!
