They were on the week before Christmas as well

I googled them, and that makes sense now.

GodFamily of Symphony.  Apparently they get one free cruse a year.

I haven't seen anything different on IG account I follow for Royal

Can you provide any info about handicap seating at shows ? I will be using a mobility scooter when on board ?

Thanks !

In the main theater they use the back row of deck 4 for most folks. Not sure about deck 5.

I did see a scooter parked at the front of the theater. You might be able to enter from deck 3 forward.

In Studio B there are reserved areas in the back as well. Same with Aqua Theater.

I looks like the casino is open 24 hours (slots) on sea days.  Wonder of that means the casino bar is open 24 hours?

I'll try and find out, but don't hold your breath🤣

In casino, slots open, bar closed. Im guessing it will open around 1pm when tables are open

They have a good Insta-story showing the new Panoramic Suite.  Impressive.

I guess the same would happen if you plug something into HDMI port

I'd love to know if this is true. I brought my Fire TV on the Anthem and it worked great. I heard bringing a Samsung Remote to change inputs doesn't work on the Oasis anymore. Others have speculated there's an option on the TV menu to switch HDMI inputs.

I could not find any way to select input on the TV remote. I didnt look fir a manual switch.

But like I said, it appears that the TV recognizes any new devices

If/when you see One Sky let us know what you think of it?

Kind of bummed that a crew member said it was crap😕

And not just any crew member🤣🤣

FWIW, I paraphrased him😉

But 'crap' is how it came across

How has the seas been on your sailing John?  Seas for us has been very rough and we did not dock into St John's yesterday.  We headed to St. Maarten and docked overnight instead.

Reading your review and following while on the Serenade!  Living Oasis through you.

Lyli is a great concierge.  I believe Nadia was the DL concierge on Oasis previously?  Might be wrong but that name is familiar.

Coffee machine 101

Here is the SL coffee machine. WMF Presto

Cup warmer on the right is nice

This is the default view on the menu

And here are the 6 choices

Note the two rows for every button

If you touch the bottom half of the coffee cup it activates the lower row of each button

That's how you get a double espresso, etc..

If you touch the two coffee beans you can change strength. This is weak

And this is strong

Not all machines are set to allow these choices

He wouldn't even confirm which numbers were removed to get it down to 90 minutes.

I was led to believe it was the intermission they eliminated to get it down.  Saw it once, didn't plan to go back to confirm if there is still an intermission.

I’m currently on the Oasis. To make HDMI work:

First, plug in your cable and turn on the device (I’m using my Macbook for Netflix). On the bottom TV is one button. It turns the TV on and off, but also does other things. If you press it, a menu appears on screen. Cycle by pressing the button to “sources”. Once there, do a long press. HDMI will be selected.

I guess this should work with your Fire TV as well.

Nadia is the other SL concierge,  not sure of her previous assignment.

Seas were quite noticeable last night between 8 and 10 pm

Actually wearing my Serenade spirit jersey today. Great shirt to wear around the ship

Intermission was less than 20 minutes. So I think between 25 and 35 minutes of production got gutted
