That does not surprise me with the increase of new crew arriving to staff the ships.

The colors may give a clue on which ships are crewing up:

Adventure, Allure and Mariner are red now.

Odyssey still not on the list.

Interesting that with just a few days till she's supposed to sail, Freedom is still orange. Vision is now red. Navigator, which is arriving in Cádiz, was taken off the list, but Ovation, which is arriving in Seattle today, was added.

The reason for Explorer:

"Explorer of the Seas arrived in PortMiami on Thursday to offer accommodation and assistance to the first responders that are aiding the Surfside work.

According to Mr. Bayley, 80 first responders have already taken Royal Caribbean up on the offer, and up to 600 more will stay on Explorer of the Seas for a couple of weeks, including rescue dogs."

Interesting to see that Oasis is listed as having completed its simulated sailing and Explorer is back to its green self having completed its stay in Miami in support of the Surfside condo collapse.

Strange on the Oasis as the test cruise for that ship is supposed to be August 22-28.

Wish they would announce the Mariner status, test cruise completed on the 13th. They're starting cruises next week.........hopefully.

Considering none of the ships so far have "failed", one can assume all's well for next week. The CDC site is not the place to go for up to date info.

Agree on the CDC site. I normally get my info from here or the Blog......we're on the 08/30/21 sailing so still got a bit of time....

New 'gray' designation

In other updates, CDC added a 'gray' designation in its color-coded system that applies ships not choosing to follow the conditional sailing order and language reflecting that as of July 23, the CSO and its accompanying measures are nonbinding recommendations for ships operating from Florida as a result of the state being granted a preliminary injunction limiting the agency's authority over how COVID-19 is managed on cruise ships.

As earlier reported, cruise lines with ships operating from Florida are continuing to voluntarily comply with the CSO, which remains a requirement in other states.

CDC COVID update cruise lines already doing, adds gray color code (seatrade-cruise.com)

Odyssey finally fixed to Restricted.

No listing yet for Anthem and Harmony due to start next month. No indication that any further test cruises will take place on future start ups (Navigator and Explorer don't have that listed as status).

The chart is trending toward green for most ships.

Explorer sattus changed to restricted (passed simulated sailing), Navigator changed to approved for simulated, but still no listing for Anthem (sailing tomorrow) nor Harmony (sailing later this week).

Here's another: Adventure of the Seas is supposed to sail tomorrow (Monday 11/8) from Galveston, we hope to be boarding!

But it hasn't been on the CDC list for months as it was sailing out of Nassau Bahamas. I assumed (incorrectly) that it would be appearing on the CDC list since it was sailing from the US after the drydock.

I'm relieved to find out it isn't the only ship not showing!
