My Refund Came Early

I submitted my refund on May 7th for a May 24th cruise NCL cancelled.

I received both my final payment and deposit refund today.

The refunds went to two different credit cards,

Hopefully others will have such good fortune.

 I have gotten 4 refunds in the last week or so for a cancelled May, June, and 2 cruises for 2021.

We took the FCC for our 5/31 Bliss cruise but 2 of our kids took the refund (applied on 5/7) and both had the funds returned to their cards yesterday.  Everyone was pleasantly surprised with the earlier than expected return!

Got my refund too for the exact amount (RCL refund was short so I had to argue with them).

Cancelled my June 2nd cruise on May 7th. Got my full refund to my credit card today! Earlier than the 90 days. Very  happy 😃

I keep seeing the May 7th requests being refunded an getting a bit jealous as I am also waiting.  Did you all receive emails, or just refunds appearing?

Mine came in, too, from May 7 request. No email, just checked my credit card statement after others reported receipt.

Well, after 120 days and just two days after getting an Attorney General involved, I have our refunds. No emails, no apologies, just lovely credits to my credit card. Finally, can put this matter to bed!

For an NCL cancelled TA cruise in April we got our refund posted to our card on Day#73.  So cannot complain either...other than the fact that NCL Holdings got to "play" with my $$ for 73 days...

It seems that they are going by sale date. It looked like they have moved from May to early June. When was your sailings scheduled?

No email the refund just appeared as a credit on my charge card.

We received our refund 2 weeks ago  for our canceled May 28 cruise.  Request was put in May 11 got the credit on our cc on July 7.  Was pleasantly surprised!
