Flight time restriction for Luggage Valet?

Well Delta changed our flight time AGAIN, and our flight out of FLL has moved up to 11AM.  

 

Does anyone know if RCL Luggage Valet from FLL port to FLL airport has a flight departure time restriction?  RCL website says FLL still has luggage valet, but does not mention times.  

 

Not sure if we should keep the 11AM or use second alternative, much later.

Keep the 11AM, even if you lose luggage valet (I think it had a noon cut off).

It (Luggage Valet) used to be no flights prior to 11:30 for arriving into PE and sailing out of FLL.

And they, as I can remember were very strict about the cut off.

That was my first thought too.  Cut off in FLL was 11:30, and I believe MIA was later possibly noon.

Cut off time arriving in PE flights from MIA is/was 2:30pm.
