Because of the rules and not to cause big drama with the title as you  have.  Reported as duplicate thread....

So a .33% positivity rate - Thats a hell of alot better than NH where we are currently seeing 13.4% - This basically tells me that cruising is a lot safer than staying here...

100% true!  The fact this even made the news is beyond ridiculous.
