Apologies, but I do not know the answer to your question. I don't recall all the options available. I recall only selecting daily patters and special announcements.

Surely someone will know.

I haven't seen one in years.

I'm thinking it was not a popular item & they stopped printing them.

We received a log of the cruise with our November TA.

Cool, the last one we got was Sept. 2019 (Caribbean Princess) right before the pandemic. What ship? we did not get one on the Majestic in Sept. 2021, or Sky in November.

This was in the Regal Nov Southampton to FLL

The app (when it's loaded properly and not freezing,) has many cool features. The most helpful during the first couple of days was the step-by-step navigation, google maps style. You just search the ship, pick a location and there's a "get me there" button.

This  is just three different screen shots; they don't necessarily navigate to the same place.

It's not a bad thing to tell them you are celebrating something. The elevator bank screens would acknowledge we were there. (If you don't want singing and a cake, be very clear with your dinner server on that night!!)

This was fun, cute & silly. We loved it!

These screens also have a live patter timeline that you can scroll through and a few other helpful features. I didn't take enough screen shots of these.

Ordering room service (to wherever you are,) is easy, and can be tracked, "Uber Eats," style.

The app is glitchy, though. This shows a charge, but it never showed up on our itemized list. It's important to be diligent while they work through these annoying bugs.

More notes about this app.

The good -

- It is easier to navigate the ship, order food, see what's going on, get help and find your fellow shipmates.  (I could tell which slot or table that Nerd was sitting at in the Casino, or I could see he was hanging with his friend Alfredo, at Slice.)

- It is easier in the casino. Paper slot slips are gone. All money stays on the app. When you cash out, the screen tells you how much you cashed out, and your new casino bank balance.

- It is easier everywhere, really. At the spa, they knew who we were when we walked up and could see that we had Enclave access. Their devices show our pics and services when guests walk up.

- It is also easier in the shops and getting off the ships. You just touch your medallion to a surface meant to receive the app, and bam, it knows who you are.

- There is live sports betting in the app. Nerd made several NFL bets and came away $400 richer. Nice!

The bad -

- There is no smooth transition between the app, the in-room tv and what's actually happening. Our app balance never agreed with the balance we got at the customer service kiosk print out. It never showed our excursions booked and it currently doesn't keep track of spa reservations.

- If it's available on the app, it should be available on the tv. I suspect this is in process. This is a huge rollout, and improvements should be ongoing for awhile.

- There's a place in the app to see a live patter (like on the elevator bank screens.) You can select to see your scheduled activities, but this doesn't include dinner, spa or excursion reservations. It's only for patter specific activities. (You can tell the app you want to play bingo at Princess Live at 3:30, for example.) The screens in the elevator bank will show how many people clicked "going," but it's really meaningless. (Four people say they are going but there's 50 in Princess Live.)

The ugly -

Oy - I felt like it was 1970 all over again. I went to the CS Kiosk to print out our current bill, and could only see mine. I sent Nerd to get his, and he could get his AND mine. Pfft. What's up with that? That needs to be addressed immediately, if not sooner. That truly pissed me off!! I book the reservation and care for every detail until the moment he has to personally show his passport. If anyone should be able to see both, it's me. Yes, I'm annoyed at that. Big time!

Conclusion

Thank you for following me through a very long review. This was uncharacteristically long for me. I usually do a one-pager. There are currently so few Enchanted reviews out there, that I wrote a review I would want to see if I were looking. I hope you enjoyed.

Hopefully I conveyed that almost everything about this 12th anniversary cruise made us super happy. Overall, the food was great, the crew were eager to please and very helpful and the fellow passengers were so much fun to chat with. I think we all had a great time. I wouldn't hesitate to cruise Princess right now. We are currently booked for Baltic in mid 2023, and we are looking for something to do with the kids, later in the year.

Oops - I missed an important comment about the app and room service:

This can be glitchy in other ways. We had a couple of mis-fires.

For below, we didn't check that we wanted coleslaw, but we did indicate we wanted mustard, relish and tomatoes. All we got was three onions and one ketchup.

Also, another time, Nerd ordered a Heineken at the casino, from a live server. It came to our cabin, instead. I was asleep.

This has always been the case on Princess, only the person listed as passenger #1 is able to see the charges for both people on the folio.  If you want it to be you, next time change the way you book.  😂

There are other rules with regard to passenger #1 vs #2 that I won’t detail here.

I think that has to do with whoever is the primary cruiser although not sure its determined (passenger 1 versus 2??). In our case I could see everything but my husband could only see his charges.

I agree.  Good suggestion.  I might mention that to my TA.  She always lists DH first.

And in order to see the excursions you booked, you have to download the Ocean Concierge App.  I asked at the Medallion help desk.  When if first came out you had to have several apps for different things.  They have combined them but getting all functions to work on the one app is still  a work in progress.

I only remember that he has an "A" on his loyalty # and I have a "B." I don't recall ever not being able to get a printout at the PSD.

This is an easy fix, and it needs to be. There should be an option.

Does this mean if I'm travelling with a friend, one of us can see what the other is spending, but not in reverse? So silly.

He should really be able to get any beverage he wants, delivered anywhere on the ship, through the app.

Also, at that time, the casino bar should still be open. Don't quote me on this, but I think it's only closed in port.

The casino is not open all night.  In my experience, guests drift off to bed and they shut it down.  We have sometimes been left to continue on the poker table as it just sits there once players have logged out.

That is likely because Nerd's CC is the one on file covering both charges and so you only see your own.

In that case, you are likely each posting your own individual CC for charges and therefore each person will only see their own.

A married couple used to be treated as a married couple. It's not as if he "allows" me to use his CC. We are both on it.

It has nothing to do with whose credit card is used nor with the A or B designation on the captains circle number.  It is whatever name was listed as the primary on the initial booking.  If you look at the check in page the person whose name is listed first (on a phone) or on the left (tablet or PC) is the primary.  Since my TA books everything I can’t advise how to book I just know in the past when I’m listed first I can see both of our folio charges on board, when it’s my DH whose is listed first I can see only mine and he sees both.
