Thanks for the info Jim. We're on back-to-backs on January Beyond and very happy to know we won't have to get off the ship.

Where will you be sailing? Local authorities may require you to disembark for document processing

Have always had to get off the ship on B2B for about 10 or so minutes and go ashore and show passports I believe.  Haven't done B2B recently so maybe things have changed.  We would then get back on board and be  issued a new card.  Could keep the old one but it was deactivated.

Out of Fort  Lauderdale. Most likley we will have to wait until January to find out the process at that time.

You may have to go ashore into the terminal depending on if required for B2B processing.   If so it is only for about 10-15 minutes.   We have had to clear customs in the terminal in Port Everglades while in San Diego, Southampton and Yokohama they did it on the ship.
