Seuss at Sea Breakfast

When you board they used to have a table set up in the atrium (signs proclaimed Seuss breakfast). If they don't, or you miss the table you can stop or phone guest services to reserve it. They often sell out, so try to make the reservation on the first or second day. Have fun!

Price went up, used to be $7 a person but now $10 for adults and $8 for kids.

So excited about this!  We had a cruise booked prior to the covid shutdown and this is one of the things we hyped to my then 5-year old.  We've cruised three times since the restart, but obviously no Seuss breakfast.  Our next cruise is in December so I'm excited our now7-year old will be able to enjoy it!

Just off the Legend, and it was amazing! As was all the Seuss stuff. First they had parade where adults and kids were handed banners and bells, and we marched through the ship with the characters to the theater. Once in the theater they did story time which was more like a mini play! Cruise director read Horton and they acted it out and got audience involved - super fun!
 

Breakfast was the last sea day. They had a sign up table at embarkation, but we missed it so we just signed up at Guest Services ($10 for adults and $8 for kids). Our ship had hardly any kids, so it wasn’t packed and the characters gave the tables a lot of attention. Food was fun and yummy! Here are some (edited for privacy) pics!

 

Let me know if anyone has any other kiddo questions. Sailed with our 2 year old!

Hi!! Did your daughter happen to do any Penguin activities? I'm looking for some current schedules for the penguins. And did your ship have a build a bear?

She LOVES going to daycare at home and ran into Camp Ocean the first day. The second night she was a little hesitant but went though we eventually got a call that she was screaming which is extremely rare for her, and the 3rd time she refused to go (I get that I could’ve left her there anyway, but this child rarely cries or throws fits, so it wouldn’t have sat right with me to leave her like that). It was such odd behavior for her that I didn’t try to send her back! I don’t think anything happened, but she def wasn’t feeling it and/or had FOMO.

 

The hours were mostly: 10 am to 5 pm and then 7 pm to 10 pm. After 10 pm, you could pay for late night owls. 

 

We did trick or treat through the ship which started at Camp Ocean!

 

The ship didn’t have a build a bear store, but it did a workshop on the theater! I’ll post a pic 🙂

Thanks so much! That's super helpful! My little one is 4yo and a crazy extrovert so I'm hoping she'll like camp carnival for a couple hours on the sea days just so mom and dad can have a little rest!

It'll say "sold out" for all days except the day they actually have it. $10 adults, $8 children.

we are sailing with a 2 year old and a 6 month old.  Since the 6 month old won't actually eat anything there and will probably just sit on someone's lap, will they require a ticket for her to come with us??
