Yup, have that problem all the time. I have to ask.  There is a large online cruise retailer that I can see my private fares on.  I don’t even sign in there.  I guess our fares are too private to show to us 😛.

hmmm, maybe I will check it out.  Thanks.

Just one more comment, hal or your travel professional “should” be able to see them. I don’t know why we can’t.

Most of the "sales" I can see and get that price, it is just the very ones I want to book that don't come up that way.  So strange.

@Level six and @Andi Land I have no idea why, but even though I am the one who always handles our travel arrangements, often I don’t see the price unless I am signed into my husband’s account. Signing into mine gives a different price that can sometimes be in the hundreds of dollars.

The Mariner Society might be able to help you.

Good luck!

Yes, I have to sign in to see the prices, but on two cruises that I really want ($3000 less)the price advertised doesn't come up when I try to book........at least I am glad it is not just me, or something I am doing wrong.  Thanks.

Happens alot if one person is a casino player especially.  I have to log into my DW's account to get the best prices.\

I’ve heard of the same thing with others. We’ve never played in the casino and have identical cruise histories. I have even spoken with the Mariner Society about it but there’s no explanation, just the suggestion to log into both and also check mailers and e-mail to ensure the best prices.

The private sales are good only for the person (and companion) whose Mariner no. is shown at the top of the notice.  Every time I log into HAL, my husband's account is brought up, but the notice is under my number.  Yet HAL doesn't recognize my name and no., so I can't see the price.  Our TA can see it, however.  I think my problem is that one of HAL's software does not recognize my married name.   In short, the special price is directed only to one party.  It is not going to show up in both parties' accounts.

Well, the email with the private sale is to me(not a casino offer).  As I said, I can get most of the advertised prices (yes, I did mock bookings on many to see) but not the two that I do want to book.  It just seems like false advertising to me really.  I get that it is probably a software problem and I might call them to see, but, if they send me an email with a certain price, I expect to be able to get that price when I book the cruise.

There should be a Campaign ID number or something similar at the bottom of the e-mail where a TA, PCC or HAL rep should be able to look up and confirm the fare. (FWIW, a little different issue, but I have taken screen shots of prices online and it came in handy when a rep couldn’t see it.)

Having said that, it’s indeed annoying. I just did the same thing, went to the Private Sale e-mail I recently received, logged in and while I copied and pasted the link and could see the sale prices on the first page and under “More Dates and Fares,” clicking any other link to continue lost the private fare. Who wants to call in every time they want to ask questions or confirm a fare?

Good luck!

Maybe they are giving away so many free cabins that their software can't keep up. (Only half kidding, BTW.)

I am always too hasty to clean my email inbox.  Can someone provide the codes for the current private sale?  Thanking you in advance.

I have Campaign ID: HEP2418AK received April 5th. (This one is exclusively Alaska sailings.)

Unless you also empty your trash the email will stay in the trash folder for 30 days and can be resurrected from there.

Thanks for the thought but I am a bit OCD about a clean machine.  Trashed and deleted forever.  Maybe a HAL PCC will know
