App check in

I need to check in for my Liberty Dec 26th cruise at midnight tonight.

I assume that I simply hit the "Check In" icon at the bottom of the app. (currently says Fun on the Horizon, etc.)

What info will I need to have ready to complete the check in process?

If you are only concerned with selecting a check-in time, you can do that on the app without providing any other information.

If you plan to complete the checkin,, you will need passport or id info, credit card you  plan to use for cruise, contact phone # for someone not sailing with you and plans for your travel to/from cruise.

Do not rely on that Check In button on the main page of the app. It doesn't always work to start a check-in, only to view or edit once you've already checked in. When it's time, click the person icon and click check-in from there.

I checked in at exactly midnight. The earliest time available was 11:30am to check in at the pier at Port Everglades.

Is that typically the earliest?

Times can vary week to week or ship to ship. I've seen earliest as 1030, 11, 1130 and even noon in US in last yr

We're on the Allure Dec 26. We were able to complete the check in online. Can we print the luggage tags now are or do we have to wait closer to sailing date?

Luggage tags will be available 30 days prior to sail date.

At that port, yes.

How do you check in multiple people across multiple reservations and cabins (but linked)? At least enough to get everyone's boarding time the same?

If they're linked you could do all the check-ins. But yes you can just pick the time, then let the others fill in the rest.

I have been on 13 RCI cruises this year, all from Florida ports. The earliest check-in time I have seen is 11 AM, so 11:30 AM isn’t a bad time. It is possibly the earliest check-in time for your cruise (the earliest check-in time tends to vary based on the ship and port).
