Help! Lost honeymoon photos on Wonder of the Seas - CRUISE SHIP PHOTOGRAPHERS PLEASE HELP!

Hi everyone,

I'm writing in a desperate plea for help. My wife and I recently went on our honeymoon cruise on the Wonder of the Seas, and we lost our honeymoon photos ish that we purchased. We're not sure exactly how it happened we think they fell out of our bag since it was open a little when we picked it up, but we're devastated.

I'm reaching out to all of the cruise ship photographers on this forum to see if anyone might be able to help me. The photographer was Joel.  If you were a photographer on the Wonder of the Seas from October 8th to October 15th, please get us in touch with Joel. We know this is a long shot.

I would call Royal Caribbean corporate and see if they can help you.  It's possible they could send an email to Joel and see if he still has them or still has access to them.  Good luck!

Have you called Royal Caribbean?  What did they say?

I suspect that that's probably true. 

 

Maybe there's still digital copies that can be accessed.

Did you buy individual photos or a package? If you bought the package you may have 'cloud' access still. It is only for 30 days post cruise so you only have a couple of days left to try and retrieve them. 

 

Try reaching out to the roll call that is sailing now. Also try the lost and found department, no idea how that works.

I called the week after and again this week. They have said both times that they would look in to it.

We bought a package but these were extra. He came to our cabana and then we did Central Park and studio photos.

Maybe someone whose getting on the ship soon can go to the photo desk and ask for you.

Royal Caribbean emailed me the photos today!!!!

He rang Royal Caribbean twice and they emailed him the photos today...

I called a few times but they seemed to be focusing on trying to find my usb drive. I emailed the suite concierge even though I was only in a junior suite but they didn’t respond. There was a link on the email they sent to update with any new info. I asked to be put in contact with the photographer by name. There was no response but they sent the pictures today. I bought some royal stock after that lol.
