I was all excited to see that Easter Brunch in the Pinnacle Grill showed up as bookable for our cruise. It only shows on the HAL website, not in the app.

So, I clicked on the link, to get an idea of what we had available to us.

We're figuring that the $10 premium above the cost of the regular PG lunch means we're we're in for something special!

Oh, good. A sample menu. Let's see what wondrous Easter treats are in store.

Some times I feel like I am Wile E. Coyote and the HAL website is the Road Runner.

Meep Meep!

The menu and dessert pic from @Hlitner last Easter look great. impatiently waiting to see what you have. I've not cruised at Easter, so generally looking forward to your Live 😊

*Aherm* she says, those were from me, not from Hank. 🤣

He initiated the topic; I was just an occasional poster on it.

Ok, sorry - I sure want to give credit where due. And appreciate the menu and picture. The dessert looked really good 😊

We had Easter Brunch in the PG on Rotterdam last year, but it was that 150th anniversary cruise, so I don't know if it was extra special!

Sorry, I see it is the same as Cruisemom's menu - I should have read before posting!

I’ve not been impressed with the special brunch they serve in PG for various holidays. Personally I find they have enough trouble maintaining quality when they stick to their standard menu and anytime they deviate it’s never much better than the free brunch they serve in the MDR. The last one we had was a New Year’s Day brunch and it was so bad they didn’t charge us for it and I still felt I had overpaid.

Does anyone know if anything special is planned for the main dining room?

there is some typical Easter offerings at dinner and decorations as you enter IIRC.

there’s no special luncheon in the MDR IME.

there is a bit of an Easter egg hunt in the Lido and lovely Easter eggs IME.
