ms Nieuw Amsterdam will be at pier 19 from 4:30 am to 5:00 pm, and she is on a 22 Night Panama Canal – (next stop, Vancouver!) and ms Eurodam will be at pier 26 from 5:30 am to 5:00 pm, and she is on a 7 Night Eastern Caribbean

 

 

 

 

Also in port is Enchanted Princess at pier 2 (4:45 am – 5:00 pm), Symphony of the Seas at pier 18, (5:15 am to 4:30 pm), and Celebrity Apex at pier 25, (6:00 am to 3:30 pm)

We have friends on the Nieuw Amsterdam tomorrow.  Is Cabo Rojo, DR, a new port for Holland America?  I have never noticed it before.

Thats a good question.  Satellite images show nothing there but this article says it just received its first ship this January.

Along with Rotterdam on Sunday - we have Nieuw Statendam repositioning to Northern Europe - so in the last three days - 3 ships leaving PEV for other locations and two - NA & NS - as PEV regular home-porting ships.

Times have changed from yesterday.

 

The only confirmed (at this time) is Enchanted Princess at 3:00.

Scheduled is Apex at 3:30

Eurodam at 3:45

Nieuw Amsterdam is 4:00 and

Symphony of the Seas is 4:30

 

@seagarsmoker and @Happily@Sea, don't wait until 5.

Nieuw Amsterdam, the only true "Nieuw " in the fleet, is headed to Cabo Rojo, DR, for what I think is a maiden first call for Holland America. Should be some good farewell toots.

We’ll be departing tomorrow on Nieuw Statendam, I’ve requested a wave for 6 of us on our tiny veranda on deck six.  We’ll have a Canadian flag or two - I’m hoping that pictures will taken by the regular Sailaway addicts!
