Very late to the party after deciding to drive home instead of fly!  But bonus we visited our friend last night, who lives part way up a mountain so some early northern lights.

@marshhawk I too see some celestial beings.  The light ray may be the phenomenon called S.T.E.V.E.    Coined by local aurora watchers and officially validated by NASA.  It often shows up in conjunction with the aurora.

I'm a bit more aware of root canals than I really want to be.

 

One of the recipes that Debbie offered for Cobb salad linked to a recipe for a vegan imitation of bacon, using shiitake mushrooms, which I would consider. I would try the cocktail, but I wish it were called something else. At least it's not called the Kevorkian. For the wine, I might substitute a Merlot, such as Fulkerson's 2021, although their Cabernet Franc is what I had in the intermission of an orchestra concert tonight.

YAY - Dallas Stars 🏒were also successful in Game 3 and lead their series 2-1.
