We picked ours up on Zuiderdam in early August. We were on a B2B and I believe they came in on August 2nd, changeover day in Civitavecchia. It was a few days following that I noticed the old ones had been replaced.

Yes, I received on a bit ago.

sail,

Did you receive it directly from HAL or from your TA? We Mariners are supposed to be mailed a copy automatically. Trying to decide whether to be patient or not before making a request.

I asked my ta to get me one and HAL shipped her the 2015-2016 that I got on a cruise last year.

Yes it is, both in print and on the HAL website in the Digital Brochure section. They are actually dated April, 2016 to April 2017, but I've never received a print version before June that I can remember.

HAL will send you an Annual Cruise Planner which is a much smaller book. The Cruise Atlas has 225 pages of all of the itineraries, the ships, the ship layout, etc. I have never received a Cruise Atlas from HAL as a Mariner benefit. As soon as I find out that the Cruise Atlas is online I head to my TA to get one. This year I had to make two trips as my TA didn't know that the atlas was available in mid-August so they had to order them from HAL. Make your request.

Could you please post a link as I can only see the 2015-2016 one.

Seeing you have not yet received one, I would suggest requesting a copy.

Surely cannot hurt. :)

When you click on e Brochures on the HAL site you see the 2015-15 first, the 2016-17 is half a page down. Here's your link:

and have 3 cruises booked on HAL. You would think that they would send us one as we are likely to book more cruises for 2017.

Me too and will become 5 Star on my next cruise: Statendam, the Final Voyage!

Marketing and PR Departments at some of the Carnival Corporation brands operate strangely, in my opinion.

It's dollars and cents driven. I'd hate to think what a 225-page brochure, done in high quality, 6 color lithography, costs these days. I'm guessing close to $20 a piece. It's like a "coffee-table book" without a hard cover. I don't know if they send them to anyone who doesn't request one.

Thank you very much for posting the link. We, too, only see the 2015/16 brochure on the HAL website.

I don't even see on the website where one CAN request one! Maybe I will try requesting one from the Mariner's desk.

Go to HAL's home page, scroll down to bottom half of page to the column headed Plan a Cruise (same location where you can view the digital version of the Guide under E-Brochures). Towards the bottom of the column click "Order a Brochure". It opens to " Send me a Cruise Vacation Guide". If that's not a Cruise Atlas when it arrives, I'd call a HAL PCC and request one. Seems the availability of the new Cruise Atlas is hit or miss. Just returned from the Statendam on Aug. 10 and the Future Cruise Specialist had only two copies to work with. We had to sit in the library to look at it so we could book the cruise we were interested in. She told us the brochures wouldn't be available to the public until the end of September.

If you are lucky enough to be on a HAL ship in the next month or so, you might find some 2016-2017 Cruise Atlases. Last week on the Amsterdam, there were some at the Future Cruise person's desk on the 2nd or 3rd day of the cruise and there were some in the Neptune Lounge. I was happy to find a copy on the ship.
