geomarc Posted May 26, 2014 #76 Share Posted May 26, 2014 Is anyone familiar with goportcanaveral dot com? Their web site packages offer transportation from the airport to a hotel, the hotel stay for a night, transportation to the port and transportation from the port to the airport. I can't find too much information on them and their prices seem too good to be true. ???

hoss23 Posted June 20, 2014 #80 Share Posted June 20, 2014 Reading some posts I was questioning whether or not I had mistaken my price for shuttle service from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral. I had booked with port canaveral cruise shuttles.com for round trip shuttle for 2 this september for 70.00. After reading posts I just went to their website to see if I made the correct reservation. It stated 70.00 for 2 round trip. Then I noticed on their page they had a large banner add "special" round trip for 2, 70.00. Have never used them before but their roundtrip price was far lower then anyone else.

greenleafs21 Posted July 14, 2014 #82 Share Posted July 14, 2014 we used Executive VIP limo, minivan service for 4 people was $110 one way (port to MCO), very prompt, met us as we walked off the ship, didn't charge until we got to the airport. Best part was NOT waiting for the shuttle buses to fill up before you could leave! RCCL transfers were $37.50 pp That is why Executive vip limo is the highest rated. kelkel2 Posted July 20, 2014 #84 Share Posted July 20, 2014 can anyone offer any information on what executive vip limo would charge for transportation from MCO to cocoa beach area hotel? My cruise is a ways off so I really don't want to call for a quote yet...It would be for 2 people and we would want transportation following the cruise back to the airport as well. traceyleigh15 Posted September 2, 2014 #87 Share Posted September 2, 2014 I have never used a shuttle service before and am considering travelynx. How long will it take from claiming bags for the shuttle to arrive? Also when the ship comes back to port does the shuttle have a standing time and place they pick you up?? Thanks

beachlover777 Posted September 26, 2014 #94 Share Posted September 26, 2014 Executive VIP quoted me $120 for 3 adults and one child. I was hoping it was closer to $100 since I know there has to be a tip included which increases the price. I'm so torn between a shared shuttle or private transfer. Help! I just spoke to them for a friend of mine. I said I assumed the gratuity was not included and he proceeded to tell me that to him, gratuities are not required but appreciated and if the service is not outstanding, then don't tip! I am definitely leaning toward using them since they have a good reputation and I really don't think a shared shuttle will be ideal with a toddler. We really need to land, get our stuff, and go to the hotel. Glad tip isn't automatically a certain percent though. Maybe this will ensure people go out of their way to earn their tip. terpcruisegirl Posted October 12, 2014 #98 Share Posted October 12, 2014 (edited) We used Tiffany Towncar and Limousine Service to go from MCO to Port Canaveral and back. Quoted price was $230 + gratuity for 2 adults and 2 kids (roundtrip). We received a confirmation email promptly upon reserving the transfer. We stayed overnight in the hotel that's located in the airport at MCO. Left the following morning (12/28/13) at 10:00 am. Our driver Shaheen was waiting for us right outside the lobby when we got downstairs with our name on his tablet. He drove a Lincoln Town Car. I believe we paid the full amount right then. We arrived at Port Canaveral in under an hour. Shaheen and I traded cellphone numbers and he said he would also be picking us up from Port Canaveral after our ship returned. He said he'd be in the cell phone waiting area and that we should call as soon as we were off the ship with our luggage. When we returned on 1/4/14, I called Shaheen and he was already just outside the port as he said he'd be. We gave Shaheen half his tip after we arrived at Port Canaveral and then the other half when we returned. I would definitely use Tiffany again and highly recommend them. :) Carnival Dream 2013-2014 Carnival Dream 8/2012 Edited October 12, 2014 by terpcruisegirl include cruises, specify roundtrip

kedick01 Posted November 6, 2014 #100 Share Posted November 6, 2014 Has anyone used this online service to book transportation from MCO to Port Canaveral? On their website they have you enter you information and then they show you various options from different transportation companies. Before I book through them I want to make sure they are legitimate and good to use. Thanks
