Taking your special non-alcoholic soft drinks/beverages on board.

Okay, seeing that the OP is from New Zealand, I can only surmize that there may be different protocols for bringing beverages aboard. Many of us are using our country specific info to apply requirements/policies for this inquiry. Alas, we need to find out if in fact for these ports, it is not permissible to bring beverages aboard. It would be good to hear from other passengers from "Down Under" how they fared, if in fact they did or tried to bring beverages aboard for their sailing(s). Cheers and bon voyage -
Contact for top of food chain for employee par excellence

This ^^^^ as all too often the CEO is hearing about and from the complainers, I can only guess it is nice to get praise about a particular staff/crew member and if enough great compliments come in, then that might cause the hierarchy to do something special for that person.... Setting the example, that is good IMO... bon voyage -

nssc - being familiar with avr, the $$$ part has been done... this is beyond that type of recognition. Often times, even beyond the comment cards, additional recognition is in order when one receives outstanding service from an on-board staff or crew member. These types of comments can often affect contract extensions and the like... Thank you and bon voyage -

sav - I suggest directing your correspondence to The Office of The President, Laura Hodges Bethge and CC: Food & Beverage VP, Cornelius Gallagher... Someone else may have better management to contact. It is great to hear that you have a very great compliment to pay a staff member that calls for upper management to be aware of!!! It will be a breath of fresh air for them, to be sure. Thank you bon appetit and bon voyage -
As I understand it, under last years beverage policy update, if you have either the CBP or PBP, there is no corkage fee applied. I would go so far as to say that, the Sommelier or Beverage Server would only be concerned if you have one of those packages and not worry about how many bottles you bring to the table over the duration of the sailing. So go ahead and bring the bottles as your DD would possibly be charged. Cheers and bon voyage edited to add: you can always slip them a few $ to not even think about it further, if you become nervous... in which case, take a few extra bottles and by the time you have consumed them.... LOL

Yes, they are included in the PBP... Cheers and bon voyage

Benefits of Booking Flights Through Celebrity

Do you happen to be new to cruising? Not a good idea to arrive the day of embarkation unless one drives to the port. Holiday week at that??? Good luck in this choice and I trust no snafus occur And that you have travel insurance, too. bon voyage -
You should check to see if X has any open positions available, as one monitoring CC could be open!!! bon voyage

When you are aboard and find similar issues, still... ask to speak to the Maintenance Supervisor AND Hotel Director to point them out. While you may not get a satisfactory answer for quick replacement/repair you will have made them fully aware that you are looking and seeing... If it is something in the cabin, they may be able to take care of it quickly (i.e. curtains, covers, etc..). Have a great sailing otherwise... bon voyage

Personally, ordering liquor with breakfast is fine, just not my style... And, if ones' brunch last a little longer, a 2nd or 3rd mimosa may be on tap, especially if you are enjoying it all... Cheers and bon voyage

Well, the last few comments point out that it seems like it is a roll of the die since the pandemic on food, drinks and service... Poor for some on any given line, great for others and still phenomenal for others.... or am I reading the comments incorrectly??? At any rate, I trust all will enjoy their chosen vacation if on X or not... bon voyage
