Imagine the difficulty the call center personnel will have both understanding all of this and then explaining it to Princess customers who call seeing clarification. Nonsense. If a person is paying even the slightest attention, it's very obvious which cabin the dirty dishes belong to. Sounds like your neighbors were the culprit behind your near trip and fall. Your approach to dealing with your dirty dishes is the correct one and is appreciated by all. Thank you for your attention to doing things "the right way". 😀

Agreed! I've been sending our SH OBC request via fax for an upcoming cruise for the last two weeks with no response. I just now scanned the documents and emailed them. We shall see what happens now. Edit: immediately after emailing I received a confirmation of receipt advising me that it may take up to 21 days to process. At a minimum, I now know they've received my submission.

I found a handy way to address the issue of trays in the hallway. When I see one, I slide it back directly in front of the offender’s door. Given that the cabin doors all have a slightly recessed entry area, it gets it out of the hallway, and hopefully makes a point to the offender. I’d like to take credit for the idea but someone here on cc posted this idea some time back.
