Hotels in Ft Lauderdale recommendations

leaving out of ft lauderdale in June. Any recommendations for hotel for 1 night?

Any hotel on 17th Street. This is where there are many eateries, pubs, shopping, Walgreens, Starbucks, a dollar store, Publix.....on and on.

Embassy Suites, Hilton Marina, Holiday Inn Express, Extended Stay, The Radisson....on and on. Go to Trip Advisor and check prices for your dates and reviews.

We have been staying at The Ramada Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port for years.

PS: The cruise port is on 17th St. Most of the hotels on the strip, have a shuttle to the pier. :)

We have stayed at the Embassy Suites for many years both pre and post cruise when we sail out of Ft Lauderdale.

Add Total Wines & More to the shopping available on 17th street.

Also, add our vote to Embassy Suites.

We stay at Hampton Inn Airport NorthCruise Port or Embassy Suites.

Another vote for Embassy Suites from us..

However, there are those who will say it's not so good. They would never return etc.

Be aware it is an older ( well used) hotel, but location, breakfast, evening reception, pool deck and staff are excellent.

We order a taxi from port to hotel($12) instead of using hotel's shuttle ( 2x $9)

Book early , just tried to get embassy suites for mid week next March and it was sold out
