"LIVE" From Explorer of the Seas-9/11/2010 Bermuda

Radio

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone. . . I grabbed a bite to eat, and went over to Liberty Park. I thought it would be nice to take the ferry to the Statue of Liberty from Liberty Park.

I guess I should have read the brochure that I brought with me. . . The last Ferry leaves for Ellis Island, and the Statue at 2:30. . . Grrrr. . .

Oh well, I was still able to get a few pics while I was there. I should have stayed a little longer, and could have taken some better pics of the Twin Tower Lights about an hour later. I hung out there for a while, but decided to go over to the 911 Memorial over near Cape Liberty.

The lights were lit up, and it looked beautiful. There were a lot of photographers there as well thinking the same thing.

I may try to go over early tomorrow to visit Ellis Island and Lady Liberty.

Here are a few pics from the day. . . Many more pics will be posted tomorrow, because. . . Well. . . Tomorrow is Cruise Day !

Thanks for tuning in !
