Taking food photos

Just wondering if you only did this on your first cruise or do you still take photos?

I take food photos everywhere --- cruises, restaurants, parties. I then share them on Facebook and make my friends jealous :)

Have NEVER taken photos of food...anywhere, for any reason! Especially ship's food....

another vote for 'i take food photos everywhere'. this includes IN MY OWN KITCHEN (and yes, my meals are often prettier and tastier than cruise food.) how else can you write a good review? right? i mean, a picture is worth a thousand words. though i'm not sure how many tastes it is worth. ;-)

We take food photo's if we are impressed, including when we surprise ourselves in our own kitchen.

I carry a camera in my purse - everywhere. The food photos started on our 1st cruise and have continued on other vacations and anytime there's food. People ask me why I take so many of food, but they always get lots of "wow"s.

On my Thanksgiving Cruise on Allure of the seas I took quite a lot of pictures of food on the ship and at ports. I wish I did on my previous cruises as well.

I think the first time I took food photos was on my last cruise. And that was because people seem to like them. I tried to always have my camera with me then, but didn't always remember to take it out.

We have only just started taking food pictures (within the last couple years). Now several people will say the quality of food has decreased since the early-mid 90's on a cruises (maybe longer). It would be nice to compare pictures from then to now to see if presentation has changed. I don't have any pictures of food from the 90's.

Oh my goodness. I just had to say wow to 110 cruises! I'm at 16 and can't even imagine ever getting to 110. You must have some amazing stories to tell! Do you have a favorite cruise line or cruise destination?

We started taking food pictures on our first trip (as adults) to Disney World and have been hooked every since. Often times as another poster said..they get uploaded to Facebook. :D
