What is the most or least you have spent on your hol (spending money I mean, not price of holiday)

 

We dont use the casino so our biggest expense on board is photos and drinks.

 

We have our drinks packages in place for our b2b on Freedom next week so even that will be gone.

 

I enjoy the shops on board, always buy perfume for myself and rci t-shirts for the kids and hubby buys a mug from whatever ship we are on.

 

So anything you must splurge on when on board?? Casino? Spa? Choppes??

$86 on a 7 day FOS cruise (we had pre paid grats) - and $38 of that was for dry cleaning !

It varies depending on whether my husband and I cruise alone or with other members of our family. The least amount we ever spent was approximately $500 on a 5 day cruise, and the most was when my "of drinking age" two daughters traveled with us and helped us run up a $2,000 bill! Ouch! We are cruising this Feb 2015 on the Oasis with several members of our family so I am saving now!! Lol! Have fun on your cruise!

We rarely spend anything onboard except gratuities and sometimes an Internet package. We spend most of our money ashore - mostly on cabs that we hire to see the sights.

$61.00, but tips were prepaid for a 2 week TA cruise

We had a $31 credit recently. But that was the result of a pre 3/14 next cruise OBC and does not include our gratuities, which were prepaid with MTD. And most of our alcohol was courtesy of the Diamond Club.

We usually do a 13-14 night cruise with our best cruise friends ( John' s wife) and our bill is around 1000.00 for that time period. Thank goodness for the Diamond Lounge or it would have been so much higher!

On our Disney cruise, I was shocked that we rang up about $1200 - $1300 onboard for 7 days. I think the biggest expense was due to a parasailing excursion plus tons of shipboard photos. Normally we spend about half of that.

The least was the 2nd week of an Alaskan b2b, it was about $15.

The most was also to Alaska when we were bumped off a cruise. We received a refund and a replacement cruise for only the cost of taxes and port fees. We ended up spending about $1000 on shorex.

The last cruise we spend $13.00 and on many cruises we do not spend anything except our tips. We are very frugal when it comes to spending money.

A few years ago we only spent about $50 bucks. This past cruise we spent about $300 on the ship and another $3-400 in the ports.

 

We still enjoy ourselves but make it a point not to go overboard. (in more ways than one)

The least amount charge to my credit card following a cruise was $7, thanks to a $50 OBC from a WOW sale and an additional $245 OBC from a price drop.
