inar Posted November 1, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 1, 2017 just curious to know what the biggest discount anyone has seen offered on the deluxe beverage package lately? My cruise planner shows buy one get one 50% off for my sailing on the harmony in January. That’s $54 cad a day per person. Anyone ever get a better deal? Clarea Posted November 1, 2017 #2 Share Posted November 1, 2017 The lowest I can recall being reported was $44, before gratuity.

GSOTall1 Posted November 1, 2017 #4 Share Posted November 1, 2017 People seem to be saying $41USD+grat whenever someone posts a sale. I've never seen it lower than that and I've definitely never seen it that low for my sailing
tanyaewa Posted November 1, 2017 #5 Share Posted November 1, 2017 I’ve got mine on Freedom Dec 3 at $55 CAD
kontraxed Posted November 1, 2017 #6 Share Posted November 1, 2017 I just got $41USD per person before gratuity. It was a buy one get one half off deal that averaged out to $41 pp. This was on a Navigator of the Seas sailing in January.
Big_G Posted November 1, 2017 #7 Share Posted November 1, 2017 I think it was $38 the last time we used the D+ discount. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
Clarea Posted November 1, 2017 #8 Share Posted November 1, 2017 I think it was $38 the last time we used the D+ discount. That would make sense as that's a 30% discount off the typical $55 price onboard.
dadofjessie Posted November 1, 2017 #9 Share Posted November 1, 2017 The cheapest for us was $0 USD when it was included with our stateroom as part of a deal. OK, I know, I'm being a smart a..
mjeff87 Posted November 1, 2017 #10 Share Posted November 1, 2017 I was able to snag it at 30% off ($39/day) for our AOTS trip back in August. It was consistent at 20% for the longest time, then jumped to 25% one day. I logged in the next day to purchase and it was at 30%. The next day it was back to 20%. Ocean Boy Posted November 1, 2017 #11 Share Posted November 1, 2017 Lowest price I've seen for any of my cruises is $43.00 and, of course, plus 18%.
crookedhalo Posted November 1, 2017 #12 Share Posted November 1, 2017 In March of 2016 I was able to get the mid-line drink package for $37pp/pd for our November 2016 cruise. Within a few weeks of purchase, they started the 'Dynamic Pricing' that exists now. As an added bonus, they restructured the drink packages, eliminating the one I had bought so we got upgraded to the Deluxe for free;). I thought it was a pretty good deal - especially since it was a 12 night cruise with like six sea days:D

How does that equate to free? It was a great deal though.
George C Posted November 1, 2017 #14 Share Posted November 1, 2017 I have 41 for cruise in 3 weeks listed at 25 percent off, but for a couple of days they had 30 percent off

It was a great deal though. I consider it 'free' because (if memory serves me) the Deluxe package was going for $48 or better at that point and they didn't bill me the difference so I got an upgrade worth $10pp/pd at no charge which in my book is free;)

amp0289 Posted November 1, 2017 #18 Share Posted November 1, 2017 We paid $38 for our cruise on JOTS earlier this year at a black friday sale last year. THANK YOU for this - I've been holding out for Black Friday figuring even if it's not any cheaper it shouldn't be any more than it is now, but I couldn't find anyone who actually purchased previous Black Fridays. This gives me hope maybe my waiting will get me a good deal :)
FPP777 Posted November 1, 2017 #19 Share Posted November 1, 2017 So is the package normally discounted on Black Friday every year?
Clarea Posted November 1, 2017 #20 Share Posted November 1, 2017 So is the package normally discounted on Black Friday every year? I don't think there's any "normally" with Royal.
maggieq Posted November 2, 2017 #21 Share Posted November 2, 2017 We got $39. I still don't understand why it's not automatically reduced and offered based on c&a status. I am tired of having to bring a proof source from the ships concierge to show what I should be eligible for. Why isn't this already known fleetwide? Luv2Cruz24/7 Posted November 2, 2017 #22 Share Posted November 2, 2017 We paid $38 for our cruise on JOTS earlier this year at a black friday sale last year. I've been wondering if they will do a black Friday deal. I will for sure take a look that day. Do you know if they do black Friday deals on anything else, like dining or excursions? jamesr3939 Posted November 2, 2017 #23 Share Posted November 2, 2017 I don't think there's any "normally" with Royal. Truer words were never spoken. We got it three years ago for $36 on Oasis, last year $41 on Allure, and this last October went from $46 to $55.
