When we left off yesterday, I was just about to return to the ship from my walk about in Nassau...

A quick "cruise ship canyon" picture...

Back on board, I wanted to check off one of my bucket list items: eating cake in a hot tub overlooking the ocean. So, that's a done deal.

Then, just a bit of walking around the ship looking for photo opportunities. These are dedicated to TheDougOut.

I went and bid Clarense " the chocolate cowboy" goodbye, and said we'd meet again exactly one year from now on the Bliss.

Now it was time for my final dinner on the Escape this week. Moderno... Sorry, no pictures of the meat. It comes around in dribs and drabs, and the plate looked too much of a mess to photograph.

Afterwards, I headed back to do the final packing to be ready for debarkation early the next morning.

A few looks at the final night on board. They are ready for us to leave in favor of 4600 new passengers tomorrow.

How about a swim? Nope...

Maybe a dip in the hot tub? Not happening...

I had a wake up call for 5:50 am this morning. I went up to the Garden Cafe and had my final omelette...

The sun was still not even thinking about coming up yet.

Of course, all the bars were closed, and the UBP was good no more.

Sunrise over Miami.

The cab ride from the port to MIA is about 20 minutes. My driver this morning made it in 10...

Miami, as seen through a filthy cab window.

I was through security and at my gate at 8:12, only to find out that my 10:10 flight was delayed.

Apparently, it snowed back home in Atlanta?

The NCL crew and staff were phenomenal this week. For whatever reason, they treated me like a celebrity. (I assume that it had something to do with organizing the CC Meet and Greet) They went above and beyond my wildest expectations. I would like to thank Jovo the hotel director, and Pam, his secretary. Kivanc, the F&B director, for always stopping me and asking how my cruise was going. He even bought me a drink of expensive tequila, just because...

Also, Vincent, Rommel, and Michael in Vibe, did an outstanding job this week. I enjoyed many shot 'o clocks with their fine mixing skills.

Clarense, the chocolate cowboy is always a hoot, and I look forward to sailing with him on the Bliss.

Bong, who is working in Headliners now, always remembers me, and he is a great bartender, and moving on up the NCL ladder to success.

All of the great and hard working people in the restaurants and buffet, who go out of their way to make us all fat and happy.

And, of course Yuanyuan, my room stewardess... She kept the place immaculate at all times.

Tyler and his assistant cruise director Dave, did an awesome job keeping us all entertained.

And, finally, all of you readers who endured my tale of mediocre prose... I will thank you all by name when I get home to my computer... You are really the reason I'm even doing this at all...

Flight was initially delayed by one hour, now it's two, due to snow storm...

I'm trying to entertain myself, so I tried buying a drink at the airport bar with my ship card... Also, if you ever want to get a funny look from an airport bartender, then do this...

Great review! My DH and I will be on the Escape for our Christmas cruise! First time in Haven. Thanks for all of your wonderful drink ideas! Thanks for the hangover solution too; I plan to get full use of my UBP!

Flight is now delayed by three hours, so I had to go out and look for food... I was hoping it wouldn't come to this. I would almost rather resort to cannibalism than consume over priced, gross"airport food"...

Unfortunately, it has come to this... $8.34 barbeque bacon chicken sandwich with soggy / cold fries and a Coke...

It's been a great journey, my friends... Once I go through my pictures, I will put some more up. I don't want to put up duplicates... Thank you all again for traveling along with me...

Sid! I couldn't wait to get home and read your review. It was great to meet you and we were so glad this trip was better for you than the last.

By the way, Pincho Tapas may have been the best food I had on board (it was close since there were several great meals). Thanks for that tip.

Thank you, and I'm glad you enjoyed the adventure :-) I'm already in full on post cruise depression, and my next sailing is 6 months away....
