I still have two favorites.  Their names both start with the letter C.  I find Yam Yam annoying and hope he leaves soon, no matter what your dog thinks.

Beuk is my granddog.I am not a fam of Yam Yam.However,I quizzed Beuk 3 times and each time he barked when I said Yam Yam.He is a very smart dog.He responds to commands in two languages and I am in the process of teaching him a third.

Wow that's gorgeous Graham. I wish I had some of those for privacy so I don't have to look at my neighbors house.

Thank you Greg.

We need them.

Paulines sister lives next door.

When we lived in NYC we had a similiar garden. Now living in our condo townhouse we share a lawn with 15 other home owners. We also have a small amount of grass in front of the house.

I thought you were referring to something in the past but, then, I get confused on this thread frequently.😑

Yes!  I must have worded it wrong?  When Mark said the doctors are doing a wait and see to see if his thoracic aneurism grows, I mentioned that we went through a "wait and see" with Jim when he would need an aortic valve operation.  It became obvious that it was time (this was in 2015) that he would need his surgery after we got home from Florida in Spring of 2015.  Jim had his surgery in July of 2015, and thank God he had the surgery then.  The Surgeon came out to me after surgery and told me Jim's valve was in threads.    I don't do a very good job of explaining things too well...🙅‍♀️

What a beautiful, serene yard you and Pauline have.

We have never lived in a house for more than 20 years. We have friends who have been living in a NYC apartment building for 55 years.

Pauline was 19 when we moved in 42 years ago and when anyone came to the door she was always asked if

her Mam was in because she looked so young.

It looks like a beautiful day there.

Is it me, or does it seem like your trip went really quick?

Agreed, seems it took longer for their flights(reports) to Hawaii then the time it took for their actual cruise.

It sucks when you wait so long for a cruise and then it seems to flash by in a seconds.. 😞

Pauline still looks young in the pictures you post here.

Lovely skin and youth full looks runs in her family.

Her late mam looked 70 when she was in her mid 90s.

Photo 2 weeks ago on MSC Virtuoso.

I pray and hope Dani @dani negreanu checks in soon to let us know she is safe and well.

My soon to be 19 year old granddaughter is supposed to be going to Israel on Sunday with 39 students from her college and several Professors.

Toby and I are very worried about this. We hope that the college cancels the trip but we do not think they will.

Graham-Good to see you enjoying some sun in that beautiful garden!

The grass and trees/shrubs look very lush.
Do you employ landscapers or tend the garden yourselves?

My DH and I used to care for our front and rear yards for many years and enjoyed the work. About six years ago though,we thought it was time for us to hire gardening help.

We have been in our home for thirty-nine years.

We were a bit older than you and Pauline when we moved into the house though!

MJ🙋🏻‍♀️

I am adding two views of our front yard with flowers in bloom.

Waiting to see what they will look like this  year. The Spring has been a bit chilly, so the blooms may be a bit delayed.

Absolutely Beautiful MJ.

We have a gardener who looks after the high conifers once a year.

Pauline likes to do the garden.

I used to but my severe arthritis prevents me now.

I used to pay her sister weekly to do all of the gardening until they cut ties with their daughter our Sarah, Pauline,me,her brother and her late mam 7 years ago.
