How many points for a DOU card on a 5 day cruise ?

I know you need 1500 point on a 7 day or longer cruise to get a DOU casino card. Any one know the points required for a Drinks on Us card for a 5 day cruise.

$5 only at the first and second 500 points earned (i.e., at 500 and 1,000 cumulative points).  They stopped giving it every 500 points (or maybe it was $10 every 1,000 points) several years ago.

I only remember $5 rebate at 500 points and again at 1,000, and I started sailing Carnival in 2003.  Maybe they were more liberal with rebates before then?

I believe those numbers are doubled. $5 per point for slots and $10 per point on video poker.

 

I could be wrong but I've watched it count up many times and it takes $5 to add a point.
