Are you including:

Your Name

Ship Name

Booking #

Sail Date

AND attaching a copy of a fairly current statement from your brokerage showing the 100+ shares of Carnival stock?

Are you sending it to sbpcl@princesscruises.com

Very odd that this is happening when you have already been successful in the past.....

Did you check your booking and see if it got applied even though you haven't received an email indicating this?

Really a strange thing....that's all I can think of....

I filled out the Princess form & sent attachment of it, plus 2 forms from Etrade--one showing my name & the other with the stocks (weird but its the only way). Exactly what I sent in June with success.

I'm checking that booking daily (Travel summary page).

Sigh.

To all who have not gotten their OBC request finalized, I had the same experience until I followed Caribill’s suggestion (post#40)and sent the email to sbpcl@princesscruises.com.  Thanks Caribill!  My initial email followed the shareholders benefit form online to email to shareholders@carnival.com.  Try this, I got the OBC in 2 hours.

Well I just received an email after my 4th request saying it had been added on August 10.

I never received an email saying this. (wasn't in spam)

My OBC on my account is all wonky so I wouldn't have seen it.

OBC online says $290.

My invoice from TA says $350.

Plus the shareholder should be $450??!!

I did a Live chat & they say it says we should have $30 each plus the $100--so $160??!!

So NO ONE has the numbers right...

Calling TA now.

Sigh...

Sorry this is such a pain.... yikes... 😔

If you go to Princess.com and logon to your account,

Go to My Account

Click Upcoming Cruises

Pick the cruise

Click on Payments

Click on Booking Balance

Scroll Down.....Keep scrolling until you see a Grey Box with Credits. (It kinda looks like you have ended Payments as there are more options before you get to Credits---poor design).  Below the Credits bar, it should detail the Credits for the cruise. One of them should say "Shareholder Benefits". If you got OBC from your TA, that should be indicated here also.

I hope that helps or your TA figures it out....

Oh, boy thank you so much for this!!!

There are so many places to look on the reservation...you think you are good...

OK

So THAT matches what the Live Chat agent said.

But the travel summary says $290 (nothing confusing about THAT...)

Luckily my TA got RIGHT back to me & assured me that the full OBC doesn't always show up before the cruise...in fact, might not even until a couple days in.

They assured me the number is confirmed on the invoice & if there are any issues, to keep the final invoice & forward it to them & they will take care of it!

If ONLY the shareholders OBC had emailed me, It would have saved me some grief!!!

OH WELL--ALL IS RESOLVED!! (and apparently Princess responded in about 8 days originally...)

Thanks for listening, ya'll!
