Breakfast Menu Has Disappeared From Blur in App

Hello.  Hopefully just another IT glitch for Celebrity.  Was checking menus in the app for Blu for our upcoming cruise and… breakfast is missing from the menus.

 

it was there the last time I looked.  I certainly hope this isn’t some cutback.

The App is unreliable

It has disappeared from all the restaurants on our upcoming cruise. I'm sure it is just a glitch.

Our sailing in 2 weeks shows Blu open for breakfast.

Blu is open every morning.  The only change is the operating times between a port day or sea day.

 

The menu is the same everyday and as it has been for ages.

When's you cruise and which ship.

 

I just checked Solstice for 12/3 and 12/11 cruises and they have both the hours and the menus in the app.  They may be updating your cruise.   Usually more than 2 -3 weeks out the app just has place holders.

That's when we are cruising and as I said, the breakfast menus disappeared for all restaurants today.

I am sure a glitch then.  I work in digital marketing and the Celebrity IT really is interesting.

I am on Beyond on Sunday and no Lunch or breakfast menus are showing for Luminae.

No, that's the New Year's Eve booze cruise.  Guess they figure no one will be up before noon so no need for breakfast.

Well, there is our answer.  Breakfast menus for Blu have reappeared.  But they are slimmed down.  For instance, remember the full English Breakfast you used to be able to get?  Good luck now getting that in Blu.

 

Things are NOT getting better.

I just had to log into the app again and did not see any breakfast menus for any restaurant.

Breakfast menu’s for Blu are appearing in the app for our April Millennium sailing.

Based on my app (we are on Dec 22 sailing) you have to go to day 2 (look at the bottom to see days) to see the breakfast, dinner, wine menus at the top.

Yes indeed and you will see several items that used to be on the menu have disappeared.
