Deal or No Deal show

I played and won the bingo package. Then I found out that the bingo game was held at 6:30 p.m., so it would have been impossible for us to have dinner in the MDR with the new friends we had dined with for the week.  I did stand in the line of “bingo package winners” to ask questions, and the first thing out of her mouth was, “For just $23 you can upgrade to a bigger package!”.  I stated I would not be able to attend because of dinner, and she asked me if I wanted to buy a $2 bingo marker 🙄

Sailed a few months ago and played.  One $30 casino play AND $25 bingo on same card.

Also, someone DID win the free cruise too!

How did you win both casino play and the bingo package on the same card?  The prizes are based on the number of matches you get on each card.

Because you play 2 games on each card.

They have 2 different Deal or No deal sessions for every show.  2 players go up, and you get 2 chances in the audiance.

Won Casino cash on 1st game, then Bingo on 2nd game

Yes, I just figured that out and was trying to edit my response. 🤪

After reading the information here  I have a better understanding of the game. Was interested but never enough to check it out. Seems a reasonable cost to give it a try.  How long is a show?

Two games in under an hour. :classic_cool:

I understand how this works for the contestant on stage. For those in the audience who have tickets, if I understand correctly you have values attached to the case numbers on your card. You must match the amounts on the cases on your card to what the amount is for that game and the more matches you get, the bigger your prize. Is that correct?  Are prizes cash going on your account or what are the prizes?

If you win one of the cash prizes, it goes as a credit on your onboard account.  If you win a casino credit, it will show when you put your card into the machine to play in the casino.  If you win a $25 bingo card, there will be a time and place announced for you to show up and get your bingo card or use the $25 to upgrade to a larger bingo package.

On my Mardi Gras cruise in October, a lady won the $1,000. On theValor in March, I bought 2 cartons and won 2 bingo packages and $20 that I got in the casino. I also won the first bingo and won $100 and free internet for the length of the cruise. On NCL, I got $50 on the Breakaway and a photo on the Joy.

Just off Spirit 2/5.  We won $125 in bingo - would have been $250 but split the pot.  They also had a Chinese New Year Bingo.  In the last game the  winner went up on stage and had choice of 3 envelopes.  Erin (cruise director) was really funny as she literally told him which envelope had the $1,000 in it.  ("are you SURE you don't want envelope #2 - as she kept waving it in his face). Have also seen this on other CCL cruises (envelopes and balloons) and the CD always makes sure the person walked with the $1,000.

Just expanding on previous post regarding casino free play.  You have to take your DOND card to the casino cage for them to add it to your card.

When I won casino play on DOND I didn’t have to take my DOND card in.  The amount was automatically added to my sail & sign card so when I inserted it in a machine the money was there.

Several years ago, my wife and I were on a cruise with our grown daughter. The last night, there was Bingo for a free cruise. I said to my wife, “Let Stacey play Bingo, and we can go to the room and pack, wink wink.”  She decided to play bingo.

So I go pack, and plan to meet them to watch the last show.

I go to the showroom just as the announce, “We have one good Bingo for a free cruise.”  My first thought is great, Bingo is over, so the show can start.

People are clapping, and my wife and daughter are jumping up and down. I walk in to their row, just as one of them says, “Daddy doesn’t know yet.”  Yes I do!
