Shareholder Credit with Free Casino Room

All, I have two cruises planned for later this year. Both are ‘free’ cruises using a casino offer.  I am thinking of buying the 100 stocks to get the onboard credits. This will be my 15th Carnival cruise and I probably should have done it sooner.

my question is this - can I still get the shareholder onboard credit even if my room was through a casino offer?

please advise.  Thanks.

Booked on casino offer and a couple of days after I submitted shareholders statement got denied.I decided to resubmit last Saturday and have not heard back yet.Maybe that department didn’t work over holiday weekend. It is frustrating when some get it with same offer and some don’t.Cruise is not till May 20 so have plenty of time to see if resubmitting works.
