Jimmy 1 Posted March 6, 2023 #1 Share Posted March 6, 2023 Is it just me? I've tried on both android and ios woth 2 different logins and our second cruise won't load..just the big 'X' screen frozen. I had to do that to get my Celebrity Passages booking to finally sync with the actual sailing on the app (which it had done online weeks prior). nikel Posted March 7, 2023 #9 Share Posted March 7, 2023 Have been trying for half hour to book shore excursions for 2023 and it keeps putting me onto a cruise for 2024. Finally I saw the small wording that said "have another cruise", clicked it ,put in my booking number and there I was. Their IT department needs lots of help !!
