Yup, that song is addictive

I almost never get to play it on ships because it’s so popular and always occupied.  I was able to get in there early mornings on sea days, but that was about it!

oh, see also likes that machine with the reels that spin that yells at us:  TWO MORE FOR THE BONUS!  ONE MORE FOR THE BONUS!

I love those.  The last cruise we were on MG over Christmas, they had none of these type slots.

I used to like Heidi. We were on a ship for four days last week, with a row of four Heidi machines set at max volume, and all four were constantly busy. It will take a long time to get that song out of my head and be ready to play again.

I think we all need to make a pact to sneak in and turn the volume down on all of the Heidi machines. I can’t figure out if people like them that loud or they don’t realize you can turn the volume down.

Have a question, we will be on the Jubilee's first cruise for Christmas. All the slots will be new and never played on before. Is that a good thing or lucky? Or do I stick with craps?

Shouldn’t matter, as slots are based on random number generators, unless you are looking to win higher progressive jackpots (that are accumulated with more plays).

would you happen to know why there is no transatlantic sailing for the jubilee?

Construction delays. Carnival canceled all sailings including the transatlantic up to December 23rd, surprised us our casino offer free cabin is now $3800 more than we are paying.

I wondered why some people blast the volume so loud until I noticed that on some machines the speakers are set in such a way that they blast over the person playing.  They don't sound very loud when you are playing, but REALLY annoying for everyone else.

But there are also the people who just have to have them at full volume all the time.

Play what you enjoy, just do not play at minimum. My experience has been if you wager somewhere in the middle, they play better. Min and max seem sucker bets.

I am typically a high limit $5-$10+ player, but when on a ship, no way. I will only "play up" on HL in land based casinos and even then you have to be careful because some are vacuums.

Play .02 instead of .01, that can make a difference as well.

Remember, IT IS A COMPUTER...it can be programmed many ways

Some speculate that loud volume does work because (using some logic) the laud noise makes it seem as if you are winning, inviting more players to play.

It's all a computer.

There's a more proper name for it, but those of us who play it refer to it as 'Chinese Babies'. Where else in can you find a machine that offers  a 38 cent bet!  And yes, I win on that little bet all the time.

I like Quick Hit and Panda bear.   If those aren’t available or someone is playing, then I don’t play.

I like how the panda scurries up the wheel and then winks at you, then turns the wheel to higher points than what it landed on.
LOL.  I love that.

DW also ENJOYS wicked wheel Panda. If the Panda does not move the wheel on a bonus she talks bad about him. Laughing moments watching her play

We live in NV and gamble occasionally and only gamble a little bit on ships, but apparently enough to get pretty good cruise offers.

My wife likes the Wheel of Fortune climber and the Night Edition as well as the Firecracker game. One of our things is to find games where wilds go active on the 10th game and look through denoms to see if people have gotten the wild counts high but never finished the 10 spins and then finish them out, almost always pays out. However, this is a funny video for those who think they really have a leg up on casinos:
