MSC Survey

How long after you disembark does it take to receive the survey from MSC? 

 

We got off a week ago and still have not seen one. I would like to fill this out while it is fresh in my mind.

Back in the day, they used to deliver it in paper to your cabin in the previous to last night and you'd send it away at disembarkation point. Maybe not anymore on the post covid era. And they'll only return one for you by email if you have given them consent for that on your profile data. I don't know how to do that right now, once I've never used their website whatsoever, but I know this because being an European Union business that is currently the practice being followed by anyone else in face of our law of the land. Anyone more knowledgeable will probably to guide you on that one.

Debarked the 15th of October, received the next day via email.

Got ours within a week after we disembarked.

We were still traveling home as we added two days to our travel. It was in my email by the second day after disembarking.

We traveled a month ago, no survey.  And we did consent to emails.

Disembarked on Sunday, the 22nd.  Had the survey yesterday (23rd).

Their surveys are hit and miss. Not everyone on a cruise gets one. Why? I don't know.

We have cruised 3 times with them and received a survey each time but each time we couldn’t fill it out because of MSC’s poor online system.  The survey showed but couldn’t complete it as it was dead.

I've been cruising with MSC 2005, Many Cruises, Never ever got a survey.

Never received a survey, despite several crew members begging us to give good reviews.
