Can't login Royal App

Does anyone having log in issues with the Royal App on your cellphone today (not counting if you are already stay login all the time).   I'm able to login into my RCI account using PC and the website,  but on the cell phone app (Android),  it kept on displaying "Sorry, we hit a snag, we're able to complete your request, so please try again later" after I put in my email address and password.

This happened to me. I called and asked and they told me that if it still doesn't work after midnight to call back. Just tried it. It is 2am and still doesn't work. Guess I will try to call back later this morning to make sure they know about it.

You won’t be checking in. 
We  are in similar boat. 
 

We sail soon and would like to do simple health check before we get to port

You can check in on the website. Not as easy but not difficult.

Not for me. I just tried this and it said oops we are not able to change your password right now.

I see mentioned that it could be isolated to Android phones. My iPhone and iPad both let me in after changing the password.

I was still logged in on my iPhone. My iPad had logged me out and wouldn’t accept my existing password. As I was double checking it on my phone, I noticed that my iPad app was auto updating. Reset my password and it works perfectly.
