We were on Silhouette last December and the Captain was a very tall, very good looking Greek man that many ladies, (as well as previous reviewers) called "Captain Handsome". I can't remember his name. Last I heard, he was doing promos for Celebrity. Does anybody know where he is now? Also, any idea where Guest Relations Manager Cameron Robertson is?

Cameron will be on vacation from the Silhouette I think - we were lucky enough to be invited to dine with him in the summer and he explained he timed his vacations deliberately so that his children and wife would be with him on the ship during a lot of the summer school vacation and Christmas/New Year and he would go home Octoberish and catch up on the list his wife would have for him!

His youngest was onboard at the point and was an absolute delight to see around the ship. One of the reasons we love Celebrity - the Officers are encouraged to have their families onboard.

That was Captain Emmanouil Alevropoulos, he is now working in the Miami office.

Greetings! Great thread. Appreciate all the informative entries but...can many of the past years entries (e.g. 2008 to 2015) not be removed? Thanks...

 

My guess is that you are clicking on the thread title and having to scroll down to the bottom of the thread. Click, instead, on the downward icon to the left of the thread title and you will be taken to the first unread post.

Niko's contract on Silhouette has been extended until sometime in January in Michael's Club according to Niko.

 

Rich Clesen was at the Cruise Critic get together this morning. He is on the cruise this week and did not say he is going to Summit next week. great CD and always visible around the ship. Officers are outstanding as a group.
